Paid Users (Originating Organization)
As a paid user, you have full access to create, manage, and negotiate contracts.
Owners can publish turns, manage team access, and cancel contracts.
Contributors can make edits and suggestions within an active turn but cannot publish turns.
Viewers have read-only access to contracts they are added to.
Signers sign the contract.
Guest / Free Users (Receiving & Signing)
You have been invited to collaborate on or sign a contract. You do not need a paid account.
Click the secure link in your invitation email.
Review the document and any suggestions from the other party.
If you are a Contributor, make your own suggestions, then notify your Owner to publish.
If you are a Signer, you will receive a notification when it is time to sign.
ℹ️ As a guest, your access is limited to the specific contract(s) you have been invited to.
Channel Partners
Channel partners have access to a dedicated partner portal. Contact sales@divvycontracts.com for onboarding, co-selling resources, and deal registration.
