Divvy Contracts takes the security and privacy of your contract data seriously.
Data encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Contract documents are only accessible to users explicitly invited to that contract.
Access controls
Role-based access controls ensure users only see and do what they are supposed to. Guest users only ever access the specific contracts they have been invited to.
Audit trail
Every action on a contract is logged in an immutable audit trail, including all document changes, user activity, and e-signature events.
