Get your first contract negotiated and signed in Divvy in a few simple steps.
Step 1. Set up your account
You'll receive an email invitation to join Divvy Contracts. Open it and click the link. Divvy uses a passcode-based login â no password needed. Enter your email and you'll receive a one-time passcode to your inbox to sign in.
Step 2. Get familiar with the platform
On the left panel you'll find all the sections you have access to:
My Contracts: your personal view of all contracts you're involved in, including workflows and statuses
Contract Workspace: where you edit and collaborate on contracts
Ready to Sign: contracts pending approval and e-signature
Vault: your organization's full contract repository
Analytics: reports and insights across your contract portfolio (actively being developed)
Org Admin: visible only to organization admins. Manage organization settings from here.
Profile: update your display name, email address, saved signature, sign-in method, and linked accounts (Google, Microsoft).
Step 3. Create your first contract
Click Create Contract in the top right corner. Choose a workflow type, fill in the contract details, and add users from both organizations with their roles. See How to Create a Contract for a full walkthrough.
Step 4. Negotiate and redline
In the Contract Workspace, make your edits and publish your turn when ready. The receiving party gets notified and can respond with their own changes.
đĄ You can expand the editor to full screen for a better view of the document.
Step 5. Sign
When both parties are satisfied, the contract moves to Ready to Sign. Signers on both sides receive an e-signature request and can sign directly in Divvy. Once everyone has signed, both parties receive a PDF confirmation by email.
đĄ Use the Turn Summary button in the Contract Workspace for a quick overview of all changes made by the other party in their last turn.
