I cannot see a contract I was invited to
Check your email for the invitation link and make sure you are logged in with the same address the invite was sent to. If the issue persists, ask the contract Owner to resend the invitation.
The Publish button is greyed out
Only users with the Owner role can publish a turn. Also check that it is currently your team's turn â you cannot publish while awaiting the other party's response.
I cannot sign the contract
Make sure you have been designated as a Signer for your side. If the contract has not reached Ready to Sign status, both parties need to finish negotiating first.
I am not receiving email notifications
Check your spam/junk folder for emails from info@divvycontracts.com.
A contract is stuck, the other party is not responding
Use the Send nudge button in the Contract Workspace to notify the other team. If urgent, reach out to your counterpart directly.
I accidentally cancelled a contract
Contract cancellations are irreversible. You will need to create a new contract. Contact support if you believe this occurred due to a platform error.
