Divvy Contracts is organized into sections accessible from the left navigation panel. Here's what each one is for and when you'll use it.
My Contracts
Your personal home base. Every contract you're involved in appears here. At a glance you can see each contract's current status, which party's turn it is, and how close it is to the due date. Use this as your daily starting point to know what needs your attention.
âšī¸ The Your Turn and Waiting status indicators tell you exactly where each contract stands without opening it.
Contract Workspace
Where negotiation happens. When you open an active contract, this is where you land. It has three parts:
Editor: the live contract document. All edits are tracked as suggestions (insertions, deletions, formatting changes, comments) that the other party can accept or reject.
Right panel: the Originating Team and Receiving Team rosters, current turn status, and the Send Nudge button. Owners can click Edit on either team to manage users and roles. Cancel Contract appears at the bottom of this panel.
Topbar: the contract name, a Turn Summary button (digest of the other party's last changes), a live turn timer showing how long the current turn has been open, and the Publish button to send your turn.
Above the editor, a turn timeline visualizes how long each turn has taken across the contract's history. Blue bars for the originating team, orange for the receiving team. This gives both parties a quick sense of negotiation pace.
See How to Create a Contract and How to Invite Collaborators for setup details.
Vault
Your organization's full contract repository. Every contract your team has ever created, regardless of status. Use the Vault to search and filter across your contract library, monitor time-in-turn metrics, and access executed contracts and their audit trails.
See Audit Trail and Activity History for how to access the full record of any contract.
Analytics
Reports and insights across your contract portfolio: negotiation cycle times, turn duration breakdowns, and team performance data.
Org Admin
Visible to organization admins only. Org Admin is organized into five tabs:
Users: invite new users, assign Member or Admin roles, and activate or deactivate accounts.
Billing: view your plan, billing status, monthly amount, billing period, and usage stats. Click Manage Billing to update payment details or change your plan.
Contracts: manage your organization's contracts.
Settings: edit your organization name.
Contracts Configuration: rename standard field labels, toggle workflow types (Negotiation & E-Signature, E-Signature Only) on or off, manage contract type values, and add or edit custom fields. Up to 20 custom fields are supported, with types including Text, Number, Date, and Pick List.
đĄ Org Admin is visible for the organization admins only. Contact your organization's Divvy admin to request access or make org-level changes.
Profile
Your personal account settings. Update your display name and email address, set or change your saved signature, choose your sign-in method (password or email passcode), and link your Google or Microsoft account for faster login.
