Every contract in Divvy moves through a defined set of statuses.
STATUS | WHAT IT MEANS |
Draft | Contract created but not yet published to the receiving party. |
In Progress | Active negotiation underway. Both parties are exchanging turns. |
Ready to Sign | Negotiation complete. Both parties have agreed on the document and it is awaiting e-signatures. |
Signed | All parties have signed. Both sides receive a PDF of the signed contract and digital certificate by email. |
Cancelled | The contract was cancelled by an Originating or Receiving Owner before being signed. This action is irreversible. |
Expired | The contract has passed the term end date meaning that the contract is past the time in which it is effective. |
Terminated | The contract has been marked as longer effective by the originating party. |
