Every contract in Divvy moves through a defined set of statuses.


STATUS

WHAT IT MEANS

Draft

Contract created but not yet published to the receiving party.

In Progress

Active negotiation underway. Both parties are exchanging turns.

Ready to Sign

Negotiation complete. Both parties have agreed on the document and it is awaiting e-signatures.

Signed

All parties have signed. Both sides receive a PDF of the signed contract and digital certificate by email.

Cancelled

The contract was cancelled by an Originating or Receiving Owner before being signed. This action is irreversible.

Expired

The contract has passed the term end date meaning that the contract is past the time in which it is effective.

Terminated

The contract has been marked as longer effective by the originating party.
