You can add collaborators to a contract at any time â before or during negotiation.
Adding users
In the Contract Workspace right panel, click Edit. You'll see two sections:
Originating Organization Users: add users from your organization and assign their role and if they are a Signer.
Receiving Organization Users: add users from the receiving organization and assign their role and if they are a Signer.
Enter the user's email and assign a role. If they have a Divvy account, they'll get an email notification. If not, they'll receive an email invitation to join Divvy first.
For the Originating Party, you can only add existing Divvy users or users who share the same email domain as your organization. This is because Divvy uses domain checking to verify which users belong to which organization. For the Receiving Party, you can add any email domain.
Changing a user's role
Owners can change any user's role at any time by clicking Edit in the right panel.
Removing a user
Hover over a user's name and click the remove icon. You cannot remove the only Owner on a side.
âšī¸ Guest users access their contract via a unique secure link. They do not need to create an account to collaborate or sign.
